Service Description

Everyone's body is different, different limb lengths, strengths and weaknesses, history of injuries and mechanics in general. So When someone knows the basic generic technique the next step is specialization to learn one's own "style". Each session will be orientated towards basic technique and form of the big 3 as well as more advanced technique. Anything goes though so questions and coaching outside powerlifting is up for grabs
